After a divorce, determining a child’s primary residence and general care can be difficult. In addition to the logistical challenges of transitions and journeys between residences, there may be disagreements regarding the appropriate amount of time for kids to spend with each parent. Outside of the courtroom, we hope to make agreements. We can also help you with alternative conflict resolution processes, such as mediation and family dispute resolution, or “FDR.” When a settlement cannot be reached, we can help with the Family Court procedure.
